Monitoring and Evaluation
An important part of any project, monitoring and evaluation both gives us indicators of levels of listener
ship/ viewer ship, and an overall impression of the impact of any project. Has the project succeeded or
not? This is crucial for both justifying to donors/founders the expenditure incurred in any given project,
and also to allow project managers to improve on and adapt any planned project as necessary to ensure
increased impact.
